Situé dans le quartier Notre-Dame des Champs. A moins de 500 m du jardin du Luxembourg. Très bien desservi par le metro. Station: Saint-Placide, Rennes.
The team is excellent, professional and super helpful, very impressive, well done! The location is superb, convenient to everywhere and Roland Garros. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back one day. Thanks again for your help during my stay, Eleonora and Lea!
Great appartement in a wonderful location, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and it was perfect!
We were made to feel very welcome. Mylène met us right away and had all kinds of tips and was very helpful. We loved the balcony, the light and the location was excellent. Everything we needed was very nearby.
Stayed here 5 nights, 2 couples. Great apartment and excellent location in Paris. Good cafes and restaurants nearby and Metro is just across the street. Very quiet in the apartment and excellent beds for sleeping. Kitchen well stocked if you plan to make meals. The only negative to the apartment is that the couches in the living room need to be replaced very uncomfortable to sit on. There time has come to go. Otherwise this is a 5 star apartment and location!
Great view from the balcony off the living room. The agency was around the corner and wonderfully helpful with our departure, calling a cab for some, storing luggage for others.
Nice apartment in great part of Paris. Rental agency staff very welcoming and easily available.
Nice apartment just in the middle of the cute shopping street and 10 min away from Luxembourg gardens was a perfect place for our extended family visit.
We rented this apartment for 10 days - my friend, myself and my 2-year old son. It was just as the pictures show, lots of room, and close to Jardin de Luxemberg. The views were wonderful and the neighbor is very residential which we liked. Also has bath and washer/dryer which was a huge plus. Walking distrances to the park, Notre Dame and (if you re a little more ambitious) Effiel Tower. Recommended.
As mentioned by others, the apartment was in a very good location and there was plenty of room for a family of four. We enjoyed visiting the Luxembourg Garden nearby, and the many local shops, markets, boulangeries, patisseries etc.. The view from the balcony was excellent. The apartment was quiet, particularly the double bedroom. We had a hiccup with the washing machine, but Bogena and her team helped us out with our laundry needs. Her office was around the corner so that was very handy. We will fondly remember our visit to this place.
Fantastic apartment close to Metro for sight seeing, close to good shops and fantastic places to eat. The agents "My Appartment in Paris" we re very helpful and the Appartment itself beutifully appointed . Great experience
Wonderful apartment. Fantastic location. Steps to metro, many restaurants, bakeries, 10 to 15 minute walk to Luxenberg gardens- which is a gorgeous place to walk, picnic, or run. Very close to main sights, but not in an overly touristy neighborhood. Good shopping close by. The apartment is run by a leasing agent, not the owners. And you need to sign an additional lease contract after booking through airbnb. We had no problems with this process. The company was very professional and timely. Note that there is an extra fee for Sunday checkin. I would stay here again!
Wonderful stay at a beautiful and cozy apartment. Great location, very clean and really warm and welcoming hosts! We really recommend everyone to stay here. Great!
Area was very convenient. Having the metro nearby gave options. You could walk or metro if tired. Convenient to great boulangerie. The apartment was very clean. It was in a nice location. Laura showed us the apartment and was lovely. Our flight was delayed and we had some delays due to traffic but everyone was very accommodating. The small problem with the toilet was addressed and didn t impact our stay. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.
This apartment was very clean, comfortable and centrally located. I particularly liked that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the apt, which made it perfect for 2 couples. The apt. has charming herringbone wood floors and is full of light. Iconic views of Paris rooftops are featured from the operable windows. Small, silent elevator works well. The metro station is across the street, and the busy intersection features a couple of bistros, a patisserie/ boulangerie, charcuterie ( highly recommended!) and a fruit market/grocery that stays open late. Only 4 blocks away is the bustling Montparnasse area, with many restaurants and shops--we made daily trips to the crêperies on Rue Odessa and Rue Montparnasse. Even late at night there is foot traffic, and I felt that the area seemed safe. Romain, our contact person, was very courteous and helpful, and made a point to show us how the washing machine worked ( I guess he knew that it would be quite different from North American models). All appliances worked well, and although the kitchen is small, there was plenty of space to whip up a multi-course meal. (Not that we did- after all, it is Paris- but the oven and stove worked well to heat up all those goodies we brought back.) Both bathrooms were nice, but the one with shower was particularly notable with brand-new tile and fixtures and a large window ( those rooftops again!) All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would heartily recommend this place.
Great apartment! Check-in process was easy as we were met at the Metro stop on the corner and shown right upstairs. After giving a quick tour, all the appliances were explained and we were left with a binder of helpful info. Very comfortable layout - adorable rooms and decorating - a perfect spot for us with our teenage children! Shops around the corner were lovely, and it so well-located to the St. Placide Metro stop.
Fantastic apartment, spacious, clean and the view was incredible. I would definitely stay again. Perfect, perfect place to explore Paris from and a delightful place to stay. Begona provided clear and precise instructions for everything within the apartment.
I traveled with my wife an two boys 12 and 10 and had an amazing stay. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops and two different metro lines within a 5 minute walk. couldn t have asked for anything more. The apartment was very rooming and quite. Upon our arrival, the company found out that the elevator would be out of order during our stay. Instead of letting us find out about it and complain, they were very accommodating, offering either a different apartment or a discount. I will definitely use the company again and I would definitely stay in this apartment again.
The apartment was exactly as described, nice, very cosy and absolutely spotless. Beds were nice .the location was perfect, very close to bus and metro stations. everything is working and Bogena collaborators were very kind. The place was so nice it invited to come back early to recover and we also enjoyed having dinner there. We had a wonderful holiday Thanks
We had a very nice stay in this 2 bedroom (one with 2 twin beds, one with one double bed), 2 bathroom (one with bathtub and toilet, one with shower and toilet) apartment. It was very roomy, and everything worked. The owner, My Apartment in Paris, was very good to work with. We corresponded by e-mails because I don t know enough French to have a phone conversation. They were very responsive to all my e-mails and concerns. There is a lot of paperwork to be completed for one weeks stay, but I m sure that s to protect both parties. We were met at the front door, per the arrangements that we made, by a very nice and friendly staff member. This staff member wasn t really familiar with this particular apartment, so our first impression was a bit hesitant. But after we all figured out where everything was and how to use it, all was well. We requested extra pillows, and they were very gracious by providing them. The apartment is on the 5th floor, has a small balcony, and a nice view of the area including Montparnasse. You need to take a short flight of stairs up to the first floor for the elevator, which is small, so only 2-3 people without luggage (1 or 2 people with luggage) can ride at a time. The kitchen has everything we needed for a week s stay. Both the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. There is a nice dining area, where we ate breakfast every morning, and played card games every evening. The living room (sitting room) is spacious with 2 sofas, chair, and a desk. There is a small TV and free WIFI. This is apartment has a great location. You have 2 Metro stops across the street, Raspail Street Market a block away, a great Patisserie and butcher next door, and good dining within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the apartment and My Apartment in Paris.
Very good apartment. Very good location. My Ap. inParis staff very good and fulfilled their contract.
We rented from you back in 2011. I thought I had sent it to you, but in reviewing my records I don t see that I did, so I am taking the opportunity to do so now. We really loved this apartment and the service you provided. Thank you. Our family had occasion to rent a fabulous apartment from My Apartment In Paris and I feel compelled to let all of their would-be renters know how incredible our experience was. The apartment that we rented Rue de Vaugirard, was wonderful and I can recommend it without hesitation. It was the center point of best vacation our family has had in years, Christmas in Paris in 2011. The apartment was beautiful and was a delight to stay in. If you look at street view, you will see that the building is unimpressive from the outside, but once inside, you will find a charming, well appointed two bedroom, two full bath, apartment with a modern kitchen. While small by American standards (Manhattan excluded) it is more than ample for 5 and will accommodate 6 without having anyone on the floor. In fact, we had 5 most of the time, my wife, my 19-year-old son, two grown daughters and I. We even had a former exchange student of ours visit for two days and even that was fine. As I said, the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms are large by Parisian standards and the most marvelous thing is that everything works; the heating heats, the plumbing functions, and there is an ample supply of hot water, unlike many apartments you will find. Located a short walk from Gare Montparnasse, and the Luxembourg Gardens, this location is ideal. It is around the corner from one metro line, and across the street from another. These two lines connect to most of the places that you want to go, and with a few simple transfers, you can get anywhere. The apartment is in an area with a plethora of shops and eateries. Add to this that on Tuesdays and Fridays you will find a wonderful outdoor Marché right around the corner on Blvd. Raspail and you have every possible shopping option that you can imagine. The outdoor Marché has excellent produce, fish, meat, bread and hundreds of other types of food The only thing that might be important for some people is that you have to be able to go up at least one flight of stairs. As in so many Paris apartments, this is because the elevator was retrofitted into what space was available. In this case the elevator starts at the top of a rather long flight of stairs. This apartment is on the 5th floor so most of you will want to take the elevator. Keep in mind that with all older Parisian apartments the elevators are small. Only two relatively thin people, and a suitcase, or one person and a few suitcases. If you are large - average Texas sized -- you might want to consider an apartment on the ground floor or a unit with a larger elevator. We travel light, and while a little plump; we are not supersized, so it wasn t a problem. Finally let me just comment on the service we got from the wonderful rental agents at My Apartment In Paris. They were excellent, Easy to work with, very accommodating, and they even brought us a box of chocolate as an Christmas present. Don t hesitate to rent this apartment or to use the services of this most excellent agency.
