  Charming sunny apartment and staff. Prompt and professional service, no problems whatsoever. Recommend highly. Neighborhood info: 1 street south of 5eme so a bit quiet and more locals than tourists but walk just out the door for the patisserie or pasta, 3 blocks up rue Pascal to lovely cafes and market at foot of Mouffetard, and 2 blocks down Arago for supermarket and traditional food with old time charm and wonderful owners (le terroir).

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment on the Ile St Louis. The apartment itself was fantastic - perfect setup, and so quiet (we awoke to birdsong every morning). And the location was perfect - we walked everywhere and when we didn't walk, it was close to the metro stations. It was so wonderful being able to walk to the end of block and have a picnic lunch on the Seine River!

I have a few suggestions -- The key to the front door is very sensitive and sometimes it was hard to remove it. More wine glasses (they can be inexpensive) and one more vase would be helpful.   We (family of three) stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks (initially 2 weeks then extended by 1 week). Located in Latin quarter, the apartment has perfect access to Metro and to most of attraction of Paris. The contracting, payment, maintenance and further services provided by MAP staff were excellent, almost all done in advance by e-mail and phone. No problems whatsoever. I can recommend this apartment as well kind approach of Jeremie and Ines of MAP. I addition I can recommend the reliable, professional and cheap (if compared to TAXI) service of the First Way company, www.firstway.fr. If I need to stay in Paris next time I will surely consider MAP and First Way.

  I spent 6 weeks in the apartment and it is very comfortable and well equipped. Having a normal sized kitchen is a definite advantage. The location is fantastic and there are lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby, plus a choice of Metro stations. It can be a little noisy with street traffic, but if you don't mind that you'll have a great stay. Sitting on the balcony looking over the Museum of Natural History and the Mosque was pretty nice!

  This apartment is conveniently located in the St. Germain de Pris area, right near Rue de Jacob. We walked to the Louvre, d'Orsay, l'Orangerie, Notre Dame, St. Chapelle, etc. The cafes and art galleries are numerous. Be sure to check out the gelato shop as it is yummy. The Odeon Metro station is about a 5 minute walk. The apartment was quite comfortable for my husband, 16 year old son and me. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom spacious and there was no noise from the street. We had a terrific time and want to return. Ines was extremely helpful both before and during our trip. We used the airport van service MAP recommends and it was excellent. The driver gave us a quick tour of Paris when we arrived! We would book through MAP again. Thank you!

  We just returned from France and can't stop thinking about how lucky we were to have found "my Apartment in Paris" (Ines and Jeremie are terrific!) and this apartment on Rue de Buci. The queen bed was very comfortable and the chairs, couch and dining room table were actually furniture(NO folding chairs, wobbly tables or hand-me-down sofabeds). Best of all, the kitchen was huge by French standards and light and updated. We mostly preferred to take advantage of the many restaurants in this lively Quartier but grocery shopping is equally easy on this lively market street. The apartment faces a flower shop and a building with a mural. People-watching from the big windows of the apartment is a wonderful pasttime if your feet need a rest. Best of all, there is a bakery/bread shop on the ground floor of the apartment so the stairwell leading to it always smelled of something delicious.

  The staff at MAP was very efficient and pleasant, and the rental process was simple. The apartment was perfectly located in a beautiful and convenient area of Paris. We could easily walk to The Louvre, Notre Dame, The Cluny... and fall out of bed and land at Place Saint Germain des Pres and The Metro. The apartment was very bright and clean with the conveniences of a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The bed and sofabed were very comfortable, however the sofabed is a 2 seater so it's best to assign it to 2 small people. We had a marvelous experience and would recommend it to others.

  I absolutely loved the apartment, its decor (elegant, eclectic and with a touch of whimsy), it's location, everything about our stay in Paris. I was there with my 12 year old daughter. We felt very safe, and the other residents were friendly. I jogged every morning around the Eifel Tower. Two metro stops were an easy walk. Groceries, pastries, restaurants and other shopping all close by. The building was quiet, no street noise so sleeping was easy. Everything was taken care of efficiently and the staff at MAIP was wonderful. I highly recommend this apartment and MAIP. Thanks for your part in a wonderful trip!

  Hemos estado cinco personas en el apartamento durante cinco días y hemos quedado muy contentos de nuestra elección. El apartamento es muy amplio (sobre todo, su sala) y está muy bien equipado en lo que se refiere a electrodomésticos, menaje, ropa de cama y baño, etc. Agradecimos mucho su estupenda calefacción y no pasamos frío en absoluto, a pesar de ser unos días fríos en París. Asimismo, el apartamento está muy céntrico (a 100 mts del Louvre), con dos líneas de metro muy cercanas (líneas 7 y 1), tiene varios supermercados, panaderías y pastelerías cerca (un Monoprix a unos 200 mts), así como la Oficina de Turismo de Rue des Pyramides al lado. No tuvimos ningún problema en nuestra estancia, y, al contrario, el personal de la Agencia nos dio todas las facilidades.

  My family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) stayed here for 4 nights. It was the perfect size for us. The location was excellent (right next door to Musee de Louvre), yet it was on a quiet street. There is a grocery shopping, cafes and bakeries close by. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and well-equipped. The dining area was a bit small, but we managed. We have nothing but positive memories of our stay in Paris. My 8 year old daughter cried when we were leaving, begging us to let her stay with the next family in the apartment. She enjoyed her stay that much.

  My family (2 adults & 1 child) stayed here for a little more than a week. I wanted a 2-bedroom apartment so that we have more space and, boy, was I glad after our tiny cramped 1-bedroom holiday apartment in London. This Parisian apartment is well-equipped, and furnished in a rather quirky fashion (which can be quite fun). The apartment is so conveniently located - the Louvre & Tuileries are (almost) next door to it, a supermarket is just down the street, ditto the Tourism Office; a boulangerie, cafes, etc are all located very nearby. As for restaurants, you will be spoilt for choices. we were not disappointed. Despite all these seemingly hustle and bustle, the apartment is on a quiet street. Lastly, having a nice apartment to come back to after a long day of sightseeing and walking certainly adds to the pleasure of being in Paris.

  We stayed one week and we really enjoyed this very charming apartment - which looked exactly as the photos on the internet. The beds are very comfortable and using the sofabed was no problem as you can close the door to the diningroom. The neighbourhood is nice,lots of small shops - and still quiet. It is not a very touristic area. Yet it is very close to everything. We used the Luxembourg Garden as our green spot almost every day.

  My family and I stayed at this apartment for 1 week during the Christmas season. What can I say? It was perfect. From the friendly and concise, online communications with MAP to the detailed information given to us by a very friendly Joel at our arrival, and to a very nice and patient Sylvie, who checked us out. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It had huge windows. The well-designed kitchen was well stocked with many utensils and dishware. Towels and bedding were fresh and clean. (We found the leopard print bedspread stored in the closet.) The apartment was nicely sized for 6 people on vacation: larger than any hotel. The neighborhood was great. There were tourists and locals. The train station was 1 minute walk away, Notre Dame was 5 minute walk, and my favorite cheese shop and charcuterie were a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The neighborhood was very safe; I let my 7 year old walk back alone after crossing him on Blvd St Germaine. Finally, the apartment building residents were friendly to all of us, including my 4 children. When my family and I visit Paris again, we would like to rent this apartment, if it is available, or any other apartment that MAP chooses for us. I have complete confidence in them.

  My family (me and the hubby with 4 children) stayed in this apartment for 12 days and we had the best time. We really felt like Parisians and lived like the locals. Just across the building is the Place Maubert where there is an open market on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, seafood (I bought the freshest giant scallops and baked them with a Bechamel sauce and Emmenthal cheese!)and all sorts of produce (foie gras, honey, jams etc) from the nearby provinces. Place Maubert also has a Boucherie, Boulangerie, Patisserie and Fromagerie where you'll find everything you need for your meals at home, whether you want to cook or just order take-out food. You have to try the Baguette and the Apricot Tarte with Pistachio Cream at ERic Kayser boulangerie on Rue Monge across the street. The kitchen was fully equipped and we could buy our supplies from Franprix just next door. The apartment was clean, fully equipped and had some nice extras like a collection of CDs and DVDs. My teenagers liked the fact that we had wifi and they could chat with their friends back home, so don't forget to bring your laptop. The Metro Maubert (line 10) is literally a 1 minute walk from the apartment. Some bus lines (86,87, 63) stop right in front of Place Maubert too. I have already recommended MAP to all my friends who are planning a trip to Paris.

I needed the apartments to be close to each other, and MAP was most responsive in providing me with several options. When I arrived, their representative was very professional and informative as well as punctual. The apartments were clean and well maintained. Both offered Internet and widely available free telephone service, a real plus since we were in two locations. Best of all, my family really enjoyed being in such a lively Latin Quarter neighborhood with so many attractions and conveniences nearby. We will definitely use MAP on our next trip to Paris.

  We really liked the 3-level apartment. It is better suited for a family of 4 than for 2 couples because the downstairs beds are two separate pieces. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the staff met me on time. They were thorough, courteous, professional, and very pleasant. Working with them was easy. The rooms are small by US standards but much more comfortable and larger than hotels. The apartment is secure and in a safe area with a lot of fun sightseeing nearby. We didn't cook or eat in, but the kitchen was very clean, albeit small. The upper mezzanine has a skylight window that opens partially to let in cool night air -- plus! Privacy in the bathroom is offered by a wall, not a door that closes. But that is not a problem for a family. The separate shower, tub, sink, and 2 WCs were all very clean and well maintained. The two staircases inside are narrow, but fun to climb. The street is quiet, so sleeping at night was far better than in hotels on main thoroughfares. There are a variety of quaint pubs nearby on Blvd. St. Germain and up towards the Pantheon, many nice cafes within 2 minutes walk, and an assortment of restaurants nearby. Of course being 1 block from Notre Dame was nice, too. Locals frequent the restaurants close to the apartment, which are better than those in the tourist areas. There are several small grocery stores 1/2 block away, so it is easy to pick up essentials. The building is very secure. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (2nd in Europe) and has a tiny elevator for sending up luggage/2 people. The spiral staircase and layout are charming. The courtyard was plain and needs plants. The Maubert Metro line is just 2 minutes away, which was great because we were caught in rain a few times. Wifi worked well. Didn't watch much TV so no comment. Overall very pleased and would return. Good customer service.

  This 2 bedroom apartment is located in close proximity to the Eiffel Tower and many other attractions. Very close to the subway, grocery stores and Rue de Cler. The apartment is very well appointed, with all the kitchen utensils we needed. The balconies were wonderful, very quiet and private. Renting the apartment was one of the best decisions we made and we would do it over again.

  We were absolutely delighted with our accommodations at 131 rue de l'Université. The apartment was spacious, elegantly appointed, and had all the modern conveniences that North Americans take for granted. The representatives of "My Apartment in Paris" were extremely gracious and competent. I would like to commend Joëlle for having met us at the apartment early in the morning. It meant so much to us to be warmly welcomed by such a lovely, competent person after a long, tiring trans-atlantic flight with two young children. Everyone in our party agrees that our stay in the City of Light was immeasurably enhanced by staying at 131 rue de l'Université. The area is very lovely and has the charm of a village while being situated in the centre of the city. We will never want to stay at a hotel again!

  The studio was clean, cheerful, and quiet, well located on the Seine in the 6eme arrondissement. I had only one small problem: couldn't work the various the various gadgets for TV etc., a diagram would help those of us who are not used to these things.   This apartment is quiet and secure, a cozy place to call home while enjoying easy walks around the best areas of central Paris. The office personnel are happy to answer questions and bring over anything extra needed. Phoning back to the USA without charge was the icing on the cake. Using my own computer was easy. Departure was super simple, just two blocks to the RER line to the airport.

  This apartment on Rue de Cherche Midi was wonderful (S06177)– such a convenient location for dining in a variety of great restaurants and near to several of the Metro stations for transport. With its courtyard location, we found it quiet and secure during both the day and night. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and the living room was large enough for two to leave it down during our stay. The apartment was generally well equipped and we really appreciated the broadband cable internet access. The service given by MAP staff was excellent, so feel free to use our comments in your advertising. We had such a great time in Paris and found the city and the people to be so welcoming to visitors.   This studio was comfortable and very well located for access to buses, the bustling Left Bank, and, especially, the Luxembourg Gardens.
