  Thank you Vanessa and the entire staff at MAP .. we had a wonderful vacation on Rue Marie Stuart. It was the perfect apartment and location for what my wife and I wanted. The apartment was spotless and sooo convenient to everything!! Street markets, sidewalk cafes, metro, etc. etc. etc. Please know that we will not hesitate to contact you for future trips and I've already provided your name and agency to several colleagues who have Paris in their plans. Everything was handled professionally and painlessly via email ... how did we ever do this pre-internet. Thanks again for a marvelous holiday!

  Since August, 2009, my wife and I have rented two one bedroom apartments, T06291 at 1 rue Hautefeuille in the Latin Quarter and more latterly in 2011 T02448 at 20 rue Marie Stuart, 2nd. Arrondissment, from My-Apartment-In -Paris. Both served our purposes admirably. They were comfortable with all the necessary conveniences and well located. Also we found them most affordable compared with hotels. We stayed 45 nights in T02448 at an all up cost of $130 Australian dollars per night. Of the two we found T02448 absolutely marvellous in comfort and so close to one of the most remarkable streets in all of Paris - rue Montorgueil. However, this testimonial is to do more with the Agency's staff, Loic, Vanessa (in Australia at this time)and Julie. We found them to be totally professional in our dealings with them. They were prompt to meet our needs, courteous and always helpful. I have had no hesitation in recommending the agency and its staff to many friends who have Paris as a destination.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment on the Ile St Louis. The apartment itself was fantastic - perfect setup, and so quiet (we awoke to birdsong every morning). And the location was perfect - we walked everywhere and when we didn't walk, it was close to the metro stations. It was so wonderful being able to walk to the end of block and have a picnic lunch on the Seine River!

  We loved this apartment - perfect location, comfortable, attractive and well equipped (with the exception of fans which would have been nice given the summer heat). We stayed for a week in early July with our 15 and 12 year old daughters and were very happy there. Loved being able to see the river from the windows, walking out the front door and being at the riverside in 30 seconds, having the shops and restaurants of Ile St Louis at our doorsteop, and enjoying the quiet and calm of the apt and of Rue Bude. We would definitely stay there again! Also, the MAP staff was very helpful and friendly. A very good experience all around.

  We (family of three) stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks (initially 2 weeks then extended by 1 week). Located in Latin quarter, the apartment has perfect access to Metro and to most of attraction of Paris. The contracting, payment, maintenance and further services provided by MAP staff were excellent, almost all done in advance by e-mail and phone. No problems whatsoever. I can recommend this apartment as well kind approach of Jeremie and Ines of MAP. I addition I can recommend the reliable, professional and cheap (if compared to TAXI) service of the First Way company, www.firstway.fr. If I need to stay in Paris next time I will surely consider MAP and First Way.

One concern was the entrance hall to the building is not well kepted, bit dirty & smelly because of restaurants (although not the fault of the rental agency) Would definately recommend the service of MAP!

  I spent 6 weeks in the apartment and it is very comfortable and well equipped. Having a normal sized kitchen is a definite advantage. The location is fantastic and there are lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby, plus a choice of Metro stations. It can be a little noisy with street traffic, but if you don't mind that you'll have a great stay. Sitting on the balcony looking over the Museum of Natural History and the Mosque was pretty nice!

  I met my son for his first trip to Paris. We could not have been more pleased with the apartment. The location was very convenient to restaurants, cafes and metro stops. Having a washer/dryer was a great time saver. The bedroom was fine and my son thought the sofa-bed comfortable. Being a fan of couscous and mint tea, the Mosque restaurant across the street was a wonderful find.

  Quiet stone-laid court yard, concierge, friendly local tenants. Apt is well equipped, mid-day sun. TV satellite signal unreliable, one bed-cover to share, metro rumbles underneath but not at night. 5 min walk to Seine, 10 min to Notre Dame and other sights. University across the street gives student atmosphere. Safe area. Can recommend.

  We just returned from France and can't stop thinking about how lucky we were to have found "my Apartment in Paris" (Ines and Jeremie are terrific!) and this apartment on Rue de Buci. The queen bed was very comfortable and the chairs, couch and dining room table were actually furniture(NO folding chairs, wobbly tables or hand-me-down sofabeds). Best of all, the kitchen was huge by French standards and light and updated. We mostly preferred to take advantage of the many restaurants in this lively Quartier but grocery shopping is equally easy on this lively market street. The apartment faces a flower shop and a building with a mural. People-watching from the big windows of the apartment is a wonderful pasttime if your feet need a rest. Best of all, there is a bakery/bread shop on the ground floor of the apartment so the stairwell leading to it always smelled of something delicious.

  We have already recommended your company to several friends. Our apartment at 6 de Buci was perfect and exactly what we expected from your website. The location was ideal and central to everything. Soon we began to really appreciate that we could come "home" with a bottle of wine and food and relax while staying part of the action outside our window. Aromas from the excellent bakery below us drew us to buy baguettes and croissant each day.   After arriving from KL via Amsterdam into Paris from a five star hotel it appeared old after dragging the cases up three floors of stairs. By the next day I loved the apartment for the location and the decore. After enjoying watching the activity in the street below and discovering Paris again for the seven days we spent here we recommend this apartment to all who can climb the stairs. Since then we have spent a week in apartments in Chinon and Monpazier and find it better than hotels no matter how many the stars have.

  The apartment, perfectly appointed,could not have been in a better position in Paris. We walked everywhere and particularly enjoyed the atmosphere in the Rue de Buci. The only drawbacks for older people - 53 stairs and no double glazing. Otherwise perfect. Spacious for 2 people and everything you could need. The Staff from My Apartment in Paris could not have been more helpful.

  We stayed 1 week in this aprtment - it is clean, safe and very comfortable. Fantastic location - great boulangeries underneath, good supermarket oppostite, great Cafe Paul opposite and even a Presse selling international papers. Lots of great restaraunts and bars, cinemas and metro within minutes and you can easily walk to Notre Damme, Louvre, Musee D'Orsay within 10 minutes. There are lots of small art shops and boutiques for the ladies near by - all in all highly recommend -

  The staff at MAP was very efficient and pleasant, and the rental process was simple. The apartment was perfectly located in a beautiful and convenient area of Paris. We could easily walk to The Louvre, Notre Dame, The Cluny... and fall out of bed and land at Place Saint Germain des Pres and The Metro. The apartment was very bright and clean with the conveniences of a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The bed and sofabed were very comfortable, however the sofabed is a 2 seater so it's best to assign it to 2 small people. We had a marvelous experience and would recommend it to others.

  What a wonderful experience! The staff at MAP were most accomodating! From initial contact and assistance, to courteous check in and easy check out, we found MAP to exceed our expectations. The apartment was light and sunny and very clean. The location could not have been better; with easy access to Place St. Germain des Pres, le Metro, shopping, great restaurants, and the best "people watching" in the world.   Very nice apartment for 3. The row of windows and the very long balcony make the flat open and spaceous. At night it was surprisingly quiet - again thanks to the windows. Wonderful location right in the center. 25 m to underground station St.Michel. We enjoyed our stay and using the company for the second time, we will problably be back for a third time. Only problem was the frontdoo. Rather difficult to open. But that can easily be fixed.

  We stayed at 24 Rue Pierre Leroux in the 7th for 5 weeks. The apartment was clean, and spacious enough for a couple to relax, and could accomodate one to two additonal prople on the fold out couch in the living room [you better like those people]. The kitchen has everything you would want for an extended stay. The shower is GREAT! Phone and Internet easy and fast. Couch uncomfortable, enough closet space, good elevator, if small, good security at door, comfortable enough bed, small TV/mostly French programming. Open the double french windows and let the sounds and breezes of Paris in. Location is well situated about equidistant from Blvd. San Germain, Montparnasse Bienvenue, and Invalides/Tour Eiffel - all areas you will want to return to repeatedly. Served by two metro stations about same walk [Vaneau & Duroc] and an even closer bus stop hosting 3 bus lines. If you are staying more than a week be sure to get a weekly bus/metro Navigo pass at the metro station [you will need a passport sized picture.]. Close by several ATM options, 2 good restaurants, clothes boutiques, supermarkets, bakeries [all on Rue de Severes]. Large, american-style market opened one week after we arrived [CarreFour] - very good. Website pix give a good idea of what the apartment is like. My-Apartment-In-Paris was great to work with; very accomodating and professional in the run up to our visit and good throughout. We look forward to working with them again on our next trip.

  Charming sunny apartment and staff. Prompt and professional service, no problems whatsoever. Recommend highly. Neighborhood info: 1 street south of 5eme so a bit quiet and more locals than tourists but walk just out the door for the patisserie or pasta, 3 blocks up rue Pascal to lovely cafes and market at foot of Mouffetard, and 2 blocks down Arago for supermarket and traditional food with old time charm and wonderful owners (le terroir).

  33 Arago, on the border of the 5eme and 13eme arrondissements, is attractively furnished, well equipped with internet, good storage/closet space, kitchenware, washer, dining table, couch, comfy chair in bedroom and has lots of light and fresh air breezes from large French windows. MAP�s wonderful caring staff, always a phone call away, made renting, arriving and living in Paris efficient, easy and enjoyable. We walked to Notre Dame, the Pantheon, Montparnasse, Marais and beyond. The metro and buses are close by and dependable. Sidewalk cafes, small shops, post office, internet cafe, book stores, art galleries, movies, late night grocery stores, ancient side streets, and brasseries are all around us. It�s a jewel of an apartment. We felt like we were living as real Parisiennes live.

  Lovely apartment. Very modern bathroom and modern well catered for kitchen. Great postition facing courtyard (no steps to climb!)although the steps to the mezzanine bedroom are not for the frail. (quite rickety with only 1 side rail & no railing at top). Everything else was great apart from the sofa bed which is not at all comfortable. (No blankets or pillows left out). Very professional and friendly company to deal with. We shall hopefully return.

  This little apartment made our Paris stay even more memorable. The sofa bed was so bumpy, my children slept on the sofas. More linen would have been nice. The apartment was hidden in a courtyard and was a lovely place to share our breakfast and relax after a long day of visiting Paris. The short street, named after a French astronomer, was quiet, had a variety of stores and restaurants, and two different Metro lines (1 block away). I would happily return to our little apartment in Montparnasse!

  June 2010: Recommended location for tennis lovers - Roland Garros just 8 stops on the metro away. Within 30 minutes walking distance of the heart of the city e.g. Eiffel Tower and Notrs Dame. So good if you like to explore a city on foot. Not cheap, but worth it for the home comforts and an elegant slice of French apartment living.

  I just want to make sure that you know how much we enjoyed the apartment we rented in Montmartre. The stay here was very comfortable and everything worked as described. Elevator was a real plus, rare in Montmartre. Thanks for all the detailed instructions that came with the apartment. The neighborhood was just lovely, and very close walking to cafes, shops, etc. The metro was also a short walk and offered quick travel to anywhere in the city. All linens were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We considered ourselves very fortunate to find such a large, and unique, apartment for such a great price! We definitely recommend this apartment and will rent it again. David

  This apartment worked perfectly for our stay in Paris. We had our two granddaughters with us, so the two bedrooms were necessry. It was attractive, generous in size, and supplied everything we needed. The neighborhood was great, also, with many restaurants and shops close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The personnel at my Apartment in Paris were unfailingly helpful and kind. All this for less than two small rooms in a mediocre hotel!

  There could not have been a more beautiful and convenient place to stay during our visit to Paris. The rooms are bright and airy and you can hear the bells from Notre Dame every 15 minutes. At the top of the street is a metro stop, bus stop, taxi stand, boulangerie, Pattisserie, Charcouterie, butcherie, poissoneries, wine store and fruit market. Every Tue., Thurs. and Saturday there is a street market with even more specialty food vendors and other opportunities for souvenirs. The staff (especially our greeter Joelene) were friendly, helpful and gracious. Just a terrific place to enjoy all the wonders of Paris. I really feel like I have an apartment in Paris.

  We stayed for a week and everything was perfect. Great location 100 paces from the Seine and 100 paces from Place Maubert. Everything was so close. 10 min walk to Pantheon, Notre Dame or Jardin Luxembourg. We even walked home from the Arc Triomphe through the Tulleries and Louvre stopping for lunh and a glass of wine in the gardens. We used the recommended car servive from CDG airport and that worked great. The driver spoke good english and called ahead to arrange for the rental company to meet us at the apartment. Very handy. Spacious two bedroom was very comfortable with my wife and I and our two teens. We felt very safe walking through neighbourhood and building was very secure. Place Maubert has a number of food shops and nice cafes. We cooked a number of meals and used the laundry in the apartment. No problems with any of it. My family highly recommends this rental a would not hesitate to stay again. This coming from two teens used to the comfort of their North American amenities. Bonus - there is a small farmers market that sets up in Place Maubert 3-4 times a week with fresh fruit, veggies,fish etc. Even some hand made gifts. My wife and daughter bought a number of gifts for themselves and friends. Windows that opened to the courtyard and Wi-fi that worked flawlessly. We will be returning to Paris and this company will be our first stop on the internet when booking.

  The apartment on Rue Maitre Albert was ideal for our vacation in Paris. The location was excellent: 50 meters from the Seine and directly across from Cathedral Notre Dame. A food market was held 3 days a week 2 minutes in the other direction. This apartment is relatively large for the Latin Quarter and easily accomodated the 4 of us. We had breakfast every day and also made 2 dinners. Outfitting in the kitchen included 12 wine glasses, 12 champagne glasses, and a smaller number of drinking glasses, plates, etc. This is an ideal location for getting to venues in the Latin Quarter and Central Paris. The nearest ATM and Metro are 2 minutes away on St Germain des Pres. Very convenient. I highly recommend the apartment on Rue Maitre Albert

  We really liked the 3-level apartment. It is better suited for a family of 4 than for 2 couples because the downstairs beds are two separate pieces. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the staff met me on time. They were thorough, courteous, professional, and very pleasant. Working with them was easy. The rooms are small by US standards but much more comfortable and larger than hotels. The apartment is secure and in a safe area with a lot of fun sightseeing nearby. We didn't cook or eat in, but the kitchen was very clean, albeit small. The upper mezzanine has a skylight window that opens partially to let in cool night air -- plus! Privacy in the bathroom is offered by a wall, not a door that closes. But that is not a problem for a family. The separate shower, tub, sink, and 2 WCs were all very clean and well maintained. The two staircases inside are narrow, but fun to climb. The street is quiet, so sleeping at night was far better than in hotels on main thoroughfares. There are a variety of quaint pubs nearby on Blvd. St. Germain and up towards the Pantheon, many nice cafes within 2 minutes walk, and an assortment of restaurants nearby. Of course being 1 block from Notre Dame was nice, too. Locals frequent the restaurants close to the apartment, which are better than those in the tourist areas. There are several small grocery stores 1/2 block away, so it is easy to pick up essentials. The building is very secure. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (2nd in Europe) and has a tiny elevator for sending up luggage/2 people. The spiral staircase and layout are charming. The courtyard was plain and needs plants. The Maubert Metro line is just 2 minutes away, which was great because we were caught in rain a few times. Wifi worked well. Didn't watch much TV so no comment. Overall very pleased and would return. Good customer service.

The beds are very comfortable and using the sofabed was no problem as you can close the door to the diningroom. The neighbourhood is nice,lots of small shops - and still quiet. It is not a very touristic area. Yet it is very close to everything. We used the Luxembourg Garden as our green spot almost every day.

  The apartment was perfect - we were 5 people needing 3 separate bedrooms. The sofa bed was new, very comforable and it was easy to close the door to make the 3rd bedroom. The apartment was very well equipped and in a very good area, quiet but close to 2 Metros, a lovely market, a cafe at each end of the street, walking distance to the Jardins de Luxembourg, Bon Marche was at the end of the street and the company office was just around the corner. The staff were great and very helpful. If you can manage to carry your suitcase up the metro stairs at St. Placide, take the metro from the Eurostar - really easy! If you can't, you may wait at least 1 hour for a taxi at Gare du Nord if you travel by Eurostar and don't take a car which is more expensive but worth it to avaid the wait!   This 2 bedroom apartment is located in close proximity to the Eiffel Tower and many other attractions. Very close to the subway, grocery stores and Rue de Cler. The apartment is very well appointed, with all the kitchen utensils we needed. The balconies were wonderful, very quiet and private. Renting the apartment was one of the best decisions we made and we would do it over again.

Everyone in our party agrees that our stay in the City of Light was immeasurably enhanced by staying at 131 rue de l'Université. The area is very lovely and has the charm of a village while being situated in the centre of the city. We will never want to stay at a hotel again!

  I would highly recommend this apartment. A great size and fun layout with the multiple levels and really good value. The location is amazing and close to the heart of the city, although that does mean you are near more 'touristy' areas. There is no view or much sunlight, but if you are out in Paris every day - that shouldn't be a problem. MAiP are a good agency who are responsive, and know their stuff.

  I have twice stayed at this lovely fifth floor attic apartment in Rue du Pot de Fer and just adore it. I'm a writer and it was perfect not only as a comfortable base to do my researches in the Latin Quarter but also wonderfully peaceful to write in, on the little desk. Although there is ambient noise in the street below, the skylight facing the street blocks out the noise with soundproofing, and all other windows face the back. The views at the back are inspiring and the terrace divine. I could go out and eat there, relax in the deck chair, and see the Pantheon dome and all the roofs and the sky! When my husband joined me the flat was also ample space for two. The stairs kept me fit! My only criticism is that there could have been more towels, hardly an important point, but apart from that My Apartment in Paris really do look after you.

  I stayed here for 6 months while working in Paris and it was perfect. Brilliant location, all the amenities you would need including aircon and free phone calls to landlines of most countries. It made for a memorable stay and all the staff at MAP most helpful. Rebecca

  Just returned home from a fabulous holiday in Paris. This was the first time I had used MAP and it was a wonderful experience. Our apartment was exactly as it was represented on the web site. And the staff was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. When we arrived in Paris we found a MAP representative waiting for us at the door of the apartment. The check-in process was quick and easy, as was the check-out process. I would highly recommend this service. And I plan to utilize them again.

  Very cozy and quiet apartment in very good condition, excellent service from the renting company, however, you need to be quite fit and agile to be able to creep up on the sleeping loft, where one cannot stand upright. Nothing for old folks...

  We had the best time in the studio de la rue de Beaune. It was in the best quartier near all the sights,it was comfortable,the grand children loved the ladder to the mezzanine and the surprise view to the Tour Eiffel and our own light show everynight. We greatly appreciate all the personnal touch that the office provided, from our booking to our pick up at the airport and apartment welcome and the prompt pick up of the return . It could not have been better.

  Had a wonderful stay in this little apartment. Beautifully presented, close to river Seine, Louvre, gardens, restaurants, and great shopping. My mother and I spent a week here and we felt very french, shopped at the local markets and ate home when we didn't feel like going out. The stairs and the loft were a little difficult for my mum and were where aware of this at time of booking. They were fine for me, very cosy little bedroom loft. Staff at My Apartment In Paris were wonderful, so helpful, I can't recommend them enough. I my opinion, much much better than a hotel.

  10times in this lovely apartment and the next 4 times already booked. We enjoy the equipment of the studio, the brightness, and the view out of the windows of the typical roofs of Paris as well as the wonderful quarter. The service of the staff of My Appartment in Paris was always efficient and complaisant.

  Our first trip to Paris and first experience with MAP. Too many positives to note here. Apartment was in a superb, central location. We walked everywhere with the exception of Versailles. Yes, the bedroom loft is short in height and requires stooping down but the bed was so comfortable and the small skylight opens to let the sounds of the morning birds in. Quiet too. Having the kitchen and living area was a huge plus. Great grocery around the corner. We prefer to eat breakfast in while we map out our day. Super neighborhood. Folks @ MAP very helpful and arranged for transport from the airport. I loved being able to do some laundry before going onto Switzerland and based on prior travel packed some Woolight. Great experience and if our list of places to go next weren't so long we would go back - perhaps some day!

  The apartment on Rue de Beaune was absolutely perfect. Excellent location with all the charm of the Left Bank and all the access of major sites such as the Seine, the Louvre, Tuileries, Musee D'Orsay and Eiffel Tower (if you include the view from the apartment window!) The apartment is well appointed, has great amenities and is perfect for a single person or couple. My Apartment in Paris were excellent facilitators in securing and opening up the apartment. I will definitely use them again!

  Hello there! I just wanted to send a letter of thanks for the excellent service that we recieved during our honeymoon in Paris. Ines was a welcome sight when we arrived after a long flight, and her genuinely friendly manner impressed us. She was on time and a delight to deal with. The appartement was as advertised, except for the lack of a hair dryer (a minor concern), and we enjoyed it and the area immensley. Thank you for an excellent time! Sincerely, David and Vanessa
